Sarah Kruse
Provisional Psychologist Everyone is different and each of us are shaped by our unique experiences and the community around us. Mental health and wellbeing concerns are something that we can all experience, and at times we need a bit of extra support to help us identify, process and manage some of the difficulties that we encounter in life.
By creating a non-judgemental, safe space where people can feel understood, valued and supported and I can help navigate and manage those difficulties and help you develop skills and knowledge to promote a bright future. I work within a holistic, person-centred and strengths-based approach to support individuals and their families. |
I can offer psychoeducational assessments as well as assessments in adaptive, behavioural, and emotional functioning to children, adolescents, and adults to help with a diagnosis or to help inform educational planning. When working therapeutically, I draw upon cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, ACT, and other treatments, tailoring my approach depending on your needs and what works well with you.
Outside of the clinic, you can find me being creative with arts and crafts, going for nature walks, reading a good book, or spending time with family and friends.
